FAQ

What sets Into Treatment apart from other companies driving results for recovery?

Our key focus is on helping people looking for recovery.  The process of finding an appropriate recovery provider can be time consuming and stressful.  Our business helps people by making the process of obtaining treatment for addiction faster and easier.

Our marketing initiatives educate consumers about quality treatment facilities and services which they may not even know exist.  We ask people who might be looking for recovery a simple set of questions to help us match them with treatment facilities that match their need. Once we match on these key criteria we offer the opportunity to speak directly to the facility, we then connect the call.  Our goal is to make the time consuming and confusing process of finding a suitable facility simpler for the person looking for recovery and more efficient for the facility looking for potential clients.

What would you tell someone who is not involved in outsourcing patient acquisition?

We understand that there is a level of well-earned suspicion around the process of finding candidates for recovery. Some facilities do everything themselves, but for those who would rather focus on delivering services than marketing  the first step in deciding whether IntoTreatment will work for you is to get a firm handle on your cost of patient acquisition.  You need to know your needs, you patients’ needs, current capabilities, and target goals.  After that, it’s all about quality and compliance.  As you know in this business, compliance is king – you are either compliant or you are in trouble.  When selecting a partner  to assist your business in finding candidates for recovery nothing is more important in the long run than keeping the quality right and staying in compliance.

How much does it cost?

Our unique call platform allows you to customize your own package based on the marketing needs, including type of insurance or payment methods you accept and your operational schedule.

What are the types of calls offered?

We are able to drive a wide range of call types. Broadly speaking we break them down by the services sought and payment option. Typically these can be broken down to Cash Only, Credit Funded, Private Insurance PPO or HMO, State/Federal Aid.

Can I set the hours to receive calls at my facility?

Yes

Can I limit the number of calls I receive a day?

Yes, you set your monthly marketing budget based on your needs.

Where do your calls come from?

A combination of search advertising, SEO driven traffic to our sites, Radio, TV, social media and print. We are constantly testing and honing to find the best sources and the highest quality.

How do you manage quality?

Quality is central to our product and processes. We deliver results based on the criteria we agree with our partners. We guarantee our results. If the results we generate do not match those requirements we don’t charge for them. We do not price based on outcomes.

Do I have to pay up front?

No. We do not require pre-payment.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, we have a very simple short agreement which you can terminate at any point.

How many calls can you provide me each month?

That will vary depending on a variety of factors. Some types of candidates are harder to come by, we work with our partners to set a realistic expectation which we monitor closely.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We take this very seriously. Our platform is hosted in the Amazon HIPAA cloud and we require that all of our vendors and partners sign appropriate HIPAA agreements.

Why do you audit calls?

It’s important that calls meet the requirements as set out by our partners. Our ability to audit within the HIPAA requirements means we can deliver what our partners need.

What is the most challenging part about being involved with this industry?

This is a challenging and rapidly evolving industry. Compliance is central, companies generating calls in this space need to have a system of checks and balances to ensure that the calls they generate, are in compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.

Here at IntoTreatment, we put an emphasis on being “hyper compliant”. This means staying ahead of legislation like CASL, TCPA, and the Do-Not-Call requirements and ensuring we have the practices and processes in place to adapt quickly to any changes in regulation.

Where is this industry headed?

There are a lot of people out there wanting to break into this industry because they think it’s a quick and easy way to make money, not realizing how much effort goes into guaranteeing compliance and delivering quality.  We believe that this industry has been poorly served by marketing and technology providers. We are delivering the kind of services and technology which has been widely available in other sectors for several years.  It’s likely that regulations will continue to grow with the industry becoming more normalized over time.

Irrespective of how the industry develops we will continue to be focused on serving our industry partners and the people looking for help finding appropriate services.
